SOCIO-LABORAL INTEGRATION - REQUIREMENTS :

  

   These are as follows :

-a- Not being a citizen of a Member State of the European Union, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland, or a family member of citizens of these countries to whom the Union citizen regime applies.

-b- Being in Spain and not having the status of applicant for international protection—neither at the time of submitting the application nor during its processing.

-c- Having resided continuously in Spanish territory for at least the two years prior to submitting said application. For these purposes, when the foreign national has been an applicant for international protection, the time spent in Spain during the processing of the application for international protection until its final administrative and, where applicable, judicial resolution will not be counted.

-d- ??Not posing a threat to public order, security, or public health.

-e-Have no criminal record in Spain or in any country where you have resided in the last five years for crimes recognized under Spanish law.

-f-Not be listed as inadmissible in the territory of countries with which Spain has signed an agreement to that effect.

-g-Not be within the period of commitment not to return to Spain, if applicable.

-h-Pay the corresponding fee for processing the application.

-i-Have one or more employment contracts that guarantee at least the minimum interprofessional wage or the wage established, where applicable, in the relevant collective bargaining agreement, at the time of application, in proportion to the hours worked, and whose total represents a weekly working hours of no less than twenty.

-j- More than one employment contract may be submitted in the following cases :

-j1- In the case of seasonal work or work linked to seasonal production activities, two or more contracts with different employers may be submitted, even if they are consecutive.

-j2- In the case of carrying out activities in the same or different occupations, working part-time and simultaneously for more than one employer.

-k- The employer or employers must meet the following requirements :

-k1- Be up-to-date with their tax and Social Security obligations.

-k2- Have sufficient financial resources—both material and personnel—for their business project and to meet the obligations assumed in the contract with the employee.
